特徴

• Thick, short-focal length lenses have been made into step structures, and have been made into thin plates with the characteristics of lenses.
• Can be used as a substitute for lenses for loupes or LED lighting.
• Since it is directly processed into 2 mm thick acrylic plate, it is hard to deform and the performance is stable.
• The focal length is available in 4 types from 5 mm to 20 mm.
• Compared to lenses with the same focal length, they are lighter and do not pop out of the holder.
• * The Fresnel lens has a direction. The machined surface corresponds to a convex surface.
• * When a Fresnel lens is used as a laser, diffracted light is generated in the step structure, so some light also leaks around the condensing spot.
• * The lens characteristics can be obtained in the range of φ50 mm, but the accuracy of the focal length cannot be guaranteed outside the effective diameter range.
• * If the machined surface of the Fresnel lens is rubbed strongly, the performance may be deteriorated.
• * Do not touch the machined surface directly.
• * When exposed to high temperature of 80°C or higher, it will deform and the performance will deteriorate significantly.
