- By optimizing the material, thickness and coating conditions of the substrate, we have achieved a mirror with high surface accuracy.
- Assures surface accuracy λ/10 after coating.
- It has higher surface accuracy (after coating) than conventional inductive multi-film planar mirrors (TFM).
- Synthetic quartz is used as the substrate, and the thickness of the substrate is increased to increase the rigidity of the substrate.
- We have a lineup of mirrors with high reflectivity for each wavelength of ultraviolet laser and YAG laser.
- HTFM-MHG is also available with a mirror glued to the holder to guarantee surface accuracy.
