特徴
- Both sides of the glass substrate are polished in parallel.
- It can be used as a substrate for coating evaporated films with custom beam splitters, windows, etc.
- A BK7 type parallel planar substrate that can be used in the visible and infrared regions.
- For those with a high degree of parallelism, the angle of the transmitted beam does not change when a parallel plane substrate is inserted perpendicularly into the optical path of the laser.
