特徴

• A high quality window used to allow light to pass through the inside of a vacuum vessel or the other side of a partition wall.
• Since the transmittance is increased by an anti-reflection film coat, it can be used as a window for observation of a sample or a window for irradiation of a laser.
• By applying an anti-reflection film coat of dielectric multilayer film, reflection of 4% glass surface is kept below 1%.
• Since high-quality materials are used, the image is not distorted or the laser beam is not diffused due to the transmission of glass.
• The angle of the transmitted beam does not change when the window plate is inserted vertically in the laser path.
• * When a laser with a large aperture is used, very slight interference fringes may be observed in the luminance distribution of transmitted light.
• Transmittance loss may be slightly greater when using at wavelengths other than the specified wavelength range.
• * Transmittance may be reduced when using at a large incidence angle.
