Features

  • When thin, collimated white light is introduced into a prism, it is divided into wavelength components depending on the difference in refractive index relative to the wavelength.
  • Dispersion prisms are used for dispersion compensation of oscillators in spectrometers and femtosecond lasers.
  • The wavelength dispersion is larger than that of a 45° prism, and the spectrum can be observed efficiently.
  • All three sides of the regular triangular prism are polished, so you can use it from any side.
  • The DPSQ type is made of synthetic quartz and can be used in the ultraviolet range.
  • The DPTIH11 type has a large wavelength dispersion of refractive index and can observe the spectrum efficiently.
  • A prism holder (PLH) is provided for fixing the prism.
