特徴
- It is an objective lens composed of a reflector and can be used in a wide wavelength range from 350 nm to 7 μm, since chromatic aberration is not affected by the refractive index of glass.
- It can be used for microspectroscopy and semiconductor failure analysis.
- You can switch the length of the lens barrel using the correction ring attached to the center of the body.
- With this adjustment, it can be used for various microscope cylinders from 80 mm to infinity.
- Since the aluminum film of the reflector has a MgF2 protective coat, the mirror does not deteriorate easily and can be used for a long time.
- The objective lens mounting screws use JIS standard M20.32 (P=0.706), so they can be attached to many microscope cylinders.
- Since the focus position and image size do not change between visible light and ultraviolet/infrared light, it is possible to accurately overlap an invisible light image with a visible light image.
- An adapter (OBLR-AMT) is also available to attach to the microscope revolver.
- A fixed holder (LHO-20.32) is also available to fix the reflecting objective lens.
- * Since the area near the optical axis is shielded by the reflecting mirror, it cannot be used for laser processing.
- * Reflective objective lens cannot be attached to the revolver of some microscopes.
- * Cover glass thickness scale does not move.
- * Use the lens barrel length scale used for the lens barrel length correction ring and the cover glass thickness scale used together.
- * Because the center of the optical axis is shielded by a reflector, the amount of light received may be extremely small or impossible to observe if you observe a light source that is directional.
- * Light loss of 45% or more depends on the shielding (about 36%) of the reflecting mirror and the reflectivity of aluminum (about 90%/1 surface).
