Features
- Wavelengths used for simple experiments and observation systems.
- Mica crystals are thinly sliced and sandwiched with glass plates.
- There are two types of wave plates: a 1/2 wave plate that can rotate the polarization direction and a 1/4 wave plate that can convert linearly polarized light into circularly polarized light.
- Since the element is sandwiched by two pieces of glass, handling is easy.
- A crystal wave plate (WPQ) with high accuracy of phase difference is also available. *Do not use near high-power lasers or high temperature light sources.
