- By combining two crystals with different wavelength characteristics of the phase difference, we achieved a zero-order waveplate with a small change in phase difference over a wide wavelength range.
- Because of the air gap type, it can also be used for high-power lasers.
- Since it is a zero-order waveplate, the change in phase difference due to temperature change is small and very stable.
- There are two types of wave plates: a 1/2 wave plate that can rotate the polarization direction and a 1/4 wave plate that can convert linearly polarized light into circularly polarized light.
- A total of four types are available: three infrared types with different bands and visibility types.
- The optical element is fixed to the frame so that stress is not applied to the element when it is held in the holder.
- Both sides of the two elements (four in total) are coated with anti-reflection coating, resulting in high transmittance.
- A Fresnel Rom Wavelength Plate (FRB) is also available.
