- A filter with a spectral width at half maximum (1 nm to 40 nm) that transmits only specified wavelengths.
- It is used to extract only a specific spectrum from an emission line lamp or to extract only a specific wavelength from a multi-wavelength oscillating laser.
- The multilayer coating of the dielectric film and metal film provides a sharp rise and a reliable shielding of the cutoff wavelength region.
- Since the interference filter is fixed to the metal frame, it is easy to fix to the holder and handle the element.
- Filters can be selected from a number of wavelengths ranging from 214 nm ultraviolet to 1550 nm infrared.
- □ Large size 50 interference filter (VPF-50 S) and high transmission interference filter (YIF) are available.
