特徴
- It is a dielectric multilayer mirror with extremely high reflectivity characteristics and various wavelength characteristics.
- A laser line-induced multi-film mirror that matches the wavelength of various lasers with the reflection band.
- Since high reflectivity is obtained, the loss is small even when multiple mirrors are reflected, and it is ideal as a mirror for pulling a laser beam.
- Since it is a mirror of dielectric multilayer film, it does not scratch the mirror surface and can be cleaned.
- Since there is no absorption in the film, there is little change over time and it can withstand continuous laser irradiation.
- Use a 0°-45° inductive multi-film planar mirror (TFVM) when using at an incident angle of 0° or 45° or less.
- We also have a Surface Accuracy Guarantee Mirror (HTFM) that guarantees surface accuracy after coating.
