特徴
- 1. Prevention of trouble of vacuum pump caused by oil fouling Detach and remove moisture from emulsified oil by strong moisture flocculation action, and collect powder and dust.
- It is possible to reduce the moisture concentration of the oil to about 100ppm, thereby preventing the deterioration of the oil and suppressing the formation of sludge, which causes poor rotation.
- However, oil oxidation progresses gradually, so regular oil changes are also necessary.
- 2. Recovery of reached pressure degraded by moisture The vacuum degree of vacuum pump mixed with moisture deteriorates significantly.
- For example, in a normal vacuum pump, the reaching pressure of 10-1 Pa or less may deteriorate to about 103 Pa due to moisture suction.
- The Labmaster/Hyperclean removes moisture that causes attainment pressure degradation and restores attainment pressure.
- 3. Reduction of running cost Since water and dust are removed from the oil, the cycle of oil change can be extended.
- 4. Reducing the amount of time and effort required to change oil The supplied circulation pump allows smooth oil discharge and refueling.
- 5. Can be attached to any manufacturer's vacuum pump Both Labmaster and Hyperclean can be attached to any manufacturer's oil rotary vacuum pump.
