• 13 substance (Formaldehyde, etc.) on the Guidelines for Indoor Air by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare is not used.
• Construction method: ①Slip resistance beads are settled in the primary agent, and stir it gently with a bar. ② Primary agent 8: Thoroughly mix it with the curing agent equal amount. Curing process of painting will begin when mixed the primary agent with curing agent. Mixed painting should be used within 1 hour. (However, this varies by usage conditions, so use it as quickly as possible.) Do not use paint which has sat for more than 1 hour, as it may result in poor coating performance. ③ Soak the roller with paint, and carefully remove any air from inside the roller. Any remaining of air inside roller may cause air bubbles. ④ Make 1 to 2 coatings using a roller which has been thoroughly soaked in paint. Mix the primary agent with curing agent in the tray. • The painting surface will dry in 30 minutes after painting. Surface stickiness will disappear, but inner drying has not been completed. Please restrict entry into the painting area for at least 120 minutes (at temperature of 23℃). After 120 minutes (at temperature of 23℃), people may enter the area, but ensure drying is allowed as long as possible. During severe cold weather, the drying and curing process may be delayed. Be sure to provide enough time for the process.
• After using the paint, seal the lid of the can and store it. Cover using the lid of the can even while in use. Try to use up the prepared paint and do not return the remainder back into the preservative solution.
