• 1 • Detergent: Control the washing liquid (detergent + aid + water) to PH10.5 or less.
• 2 • Wash at room temperature.
• Blood and body fluids tend to stick at temperatures above 40°C and cannot be removed.
• Do not use detergent when disinfecting with hot water.
• 3. Rinse: Be sure to neutralize with acid in the final step.
• 4. Bactericide: Do not use chlorine bleach with detergents.
• 5. The sterilization temperature and time of the autoclave should be 120°C for 20 minutes (the normal regulation of the Japan Pharmaceutical Bureau).
