Features
- Taper internal thread (Rc thread).
- Can be attached and detached with a union nut, without the need to turn the other pipe.
- Since the material is SUS316 (SUS14 A), it has superior corrosion resistance against hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, chloride, etc. compared to SUS304 (SCS13 A).
- It also has high high-temperature strength and is stable in high-temperature environments.
- *Cannot weld.
- *It cannot be used for air piping because there is a possibility of seepage leakage (slight leakage) due to insufficient tightening surface of the packing.
- *Because of the gasket seal structure, when using at high temperatures, tighten the union nut after raising the temperature.
- *Packing is a consumable part. Install in a place where inspection and replacement are possible.
- *Do not apply piping stress to the packing part, resulting in single tightening.
- *The recommended tightening torque for the heat-resistant non-asbestos gaskets supplied with our company is 50 N・m when not considering bending of piping, etc.
