特徴

  • The bimetallic thermometer is a thermometer that uses a bimetal made by overlapping two kinds of metal plates with different expansion coefficients depending on temperature, and is wound in a helical shape. The thermometer transmits the displacement due to temperature change to the pointer and indicates it.
  • Used as an industrial thermometer at plant sites.
  • Compared with the sealed type, there is no error due to ambient temperature.
  • It is safe because it does not use a filling liquid. (No pollution)
  • The structure is simple.
  • We can make products with specifications other than those shown in the catalog, so please let us know. (e.g. 1.0%F.S. Suitable range: -50~50°C → 0~300°C)
  • Select the temperature range so that the normal temperature is 75% or less. In addition, the gas to be measured by the wetted part material
  • Check that the product is compatible with the liquid.
  • Temperature sensitive part: φ6 with protective tube cannot be manufactured.
  • Slide type cannot be produced if any of the following conditions apply. Temperature Sensitive Part: Φ6/Temperature Sensitive Part: Φ8/When the Maximum Temperature of the Temperature Range of TB16 and TB26 Exceeds 400°C
