6-9517-05 Microbiological Test Paper (Coliform Bacteria XTYPE) 6
Features
- It is a simple type of bacteria detection paper that only requires soaking the test solution in the detection paper and incubating at 35~37°C for 24 hours.
- Only E. coli fluoresces when exposed to UV light after incubation.
- If coliforms are present, blue spots appear.
- When exposed to ultraviolet light, the blue spots become fluorescent and become E. coli.
- If the sample is water-soluble, it can be cultured by dipping the detection paper directly.
- Wiping inspection is also possible by using Sun sterile cotton swab and Sunkori sample preparation water.
- By using a sterile sunpack and the water used to make the samples, it is possible to examine foodstuffs (solids) such as foodstuffs.
- After incubation, by pouring rubbing alcohol on the detection paper, you can store it as a document without increasing bacteria.
