• Use a self-controlled heater with a maximum temperature of 70°C or less, or a heater that can be installed with a heater guide tube.
• Protect the end face of the covering material and the pipe from direct sunlight.
• When burying crosslinked polyethylene pipe, please be careful of deformation caused by external pressure and damage caused by buried objects. For water supply and hot water supply, it is recommended to use wire pipe (excluding round wire pipe).
• Avoid contact with materials containing plasticizers such as flexible vinyl chloride on the crosslinked polyethylene pipe. This may cause deterioration of the pipe. Check carefully the piping fixing band and anti-corrosion tape as they may use flexible vinyl chloride.
• Use Onda Coating Cutter "OSC-058" to remove the coating material.Do not use commercially available cutter knives, etc.Scratching cross-linked polyethylene pipe may cause water leakage.
