特徴
- This is a new fume hood equipped with an organic solvent purifier.
- There is a key on the broken door.
- It can dehydrate about 400 L with a special grade solvent.
- It is possible to incorporate a trestle capable of handling 2 to 5 solvents.
- A total of 35 solvents can be purified (please contact us for details).
- Organic Solvent Refiner (GlassConyour) Flow Description
- (1) Gas (99.999% nitrogen gas or argon gas) * High-purity inert gas is introduced into the keg.
- (2) Keg (20 L or anhydrous canister can) * The pressurized solvent moves from the keg to the column.
- (3) Column (After passing through the primary side, the secondary side) Upflow * The catalyst in the column removes water contained in the solvent.
- (4) Replacement work in the flask (simple operation of the valve only) * Replace the oxygen in the flask with inert gas.
- (5) Solvent comes out after water has been removed.
