Features

It is a triode type metal ionization vacuum meter and has a long life even under severe environment for vacuum meter.
The measurement accuracy is ±10%, and the stability of the sensitivity is also improved.
It can measure from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum (1×10^-5~1×10^5) (when SPU and SAU are used simultaneously).
Suitable for use in hard processes such as atmospheres high in hydrocarbon (oil-based), and with a long-life measuring instrument, running costs can be reduced.
