特徴

A draft chamber suitable for use in etching and cleaning processes in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Made of hard PVC with excellent acid and alkaline resistance, it can be conveniently used for work using acid treatment or other chemicals.
A baffle plate is used on the back of the inside of the chamber, so it can surely exhaust gas with heavy specific gravity.
Gooseneck type water taps are operated remotely by the handle on the front of the chamber.
