Features

A small surface roughness measuring device that is convenient to carry around like a hand tool designed for ease of use in the field - Charging time is reduced to about 1/4 compared to conventional devices - The detector can be used for measurements in various positions, such as on a wall or facing upwards - Equipped with a 2.4 inch color graphic LCD with good visibility, the use of a backlight greatly improves visibility - Color display of pass/fail results - Not only measurement results but also evaluation curves, load curves and amplitude distribution curves can be displayed - Evaluation curves can be enlarged or reduced - Horizontal and vertical posture display can be freely changed - Calculated results can be displayed in deca-character characters - Data storage function is greatly enhanced - Stylus alarm function is available - Easy setting for changing the screen display with the cross button - Can be changed to another parameter after measurement and recalculated (Some conditions are limited.)
Note: The parameter Rmax can be calculated only when the VDA standard, ANSI standard and JIS'82 standard are selected.
The parameter Rz1max can only be computed when the ISO'97 standard is selected.
The parameter RzJIS can be calculated only when the JIS'01 standard is selected.
The parameter Tp can only be operated on by the ANSI standard.
Cutoff value s is disabled when JIS'82 standard is selected.
For printing, prepare a special printer/178-421 (optional) separately.
The pass-fail decision function is only allowed by the average rule in the ANSI standard. The VA standard does not allow the 16% rule to be selected.
The auto sleep function is disabled when using the AC adapter. Also, auto sleep setting can be turned off.
