Possible to visualize fine particles floating in clean room and photograph particles with video camera.　
Combination with mist generator or dry ice can visualize airflow as 2-dimensional cross section and enables you to check the downflow and to investigate range of influence of dust collector.　
Use of angle adjuster unit（accessory） enables spread angle of laser light to be adjusted（11～28°）and enables particles in wider range to be visualized on order of micrometers.
