- It is an innovative precast gel that can obtain a separation pattern similar to that of Laemmli system electrophoresis.
- With a short run time (approximately 30 minutes at 200 V/15 minutes at 300 V), the Western blot efficiency of the run is high.
- Available in a gel format and a wide variety of wells, 10well Deep allows up to 50 μL of sample to be applied, making it useful for samples with low protein concentrations or low amounts of target protein.
- The unique gel concentration AnykD(TM) is a homogeneous gel (10%) that can be separated like a gradient, and can be used for separation and confirmation, covering the range of separation below 100kDa and the fraction up to the peptide region.
