Setting, measuring, recording, and checking can be done by simply approaching the NFC communication reader (a computer with a FeliCa port is required separately).
Data is read by NFC communication (FeliCa), so it is easy to check the contents and send data to the server.
You can download the smartphone application and computer software from http://f-log.jp/ and the Android terminal (with NFC function) application from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=watch_logger.appli&hl=ja for free.
