Features

A high-performance model with excellent chemical resistance.
A vacuum pump connection valve and vacuum gauge are placed on the front operation panel for easy piping and operation.
Double doors with tempered glass doors and protective polycarbonate doors are used.
Heat-resistant fluorine rubber packing provides superior durability and airtightness.
In addition to a two-stage PV/SV display that makes it easy to check measured values and set values, an overtemperature prevention set temperature display is adopted. Based on the V series, all the gas contact parts are coated with stainless steel, fluororubber, ceramic and other materials with excellent chemical resistance. (Not explosion-proof)
