Features

Valves for connecting vacuum pump and vacuum gauge are located on front operation panel so that user can connect pipes and operate machine easily.　
Double doors-reinforced glass door and protection door made of PC （polycarbonate）-are adopted.　
Excellent in durability and airtightness because of use of heat resistant silicon packing.　
＜B Series（Basic Type）＞　
Completely independent liquid expansion overheat protector is installed which allows setting of overheat protection threshold.　
4-types of timer operations are available.　
＜S Series（Program Type）＞　
Completely independent overheat protector is installed which allows activation temperature to be set digitally.　
PID control method temperature controller is adopted which features programming function with variable temperature gradients for max. 16-steps and 8-patterns.
