- Valves for connecting vacuum pump and vacuum gauge are located on front operation panel so that user can connect pipes and operate machine easily.
- Double doors-reinforced glass door and protection door made of PC （polycarbonate）-are adopted.
- Excellent in durability and airtightness because of use of heat resistant silicon packing.
- ＜B Series（Basic Type）＞
- Completely independent liquid expansion overheat protector is installed which allows setting of overheat protection threshold.
- 4-types of timer operations are available.
- ＜S Series（Program Type）＞
- Completely independent overheat protector is installed which allows activation temperature to be set digitally.
- PID control method temperature controller is adopted which features programming function with variable temperature gradients for max. 16-steps and 8-patterns.
