特徴
- PVMK is a high-speed in-line or L-shaped lever valve.
- The lever is connected to a self-lubricating plastic cam spin to activate the valve stem and valve plate via the PTFE bearing.
- The ‘O’ ring groove on the valve plate prevents gas burst.
- This valve operates in a pressure range from 10 -9 mbar/8 x 10-10 Torr to 2100 mbar/1575 Torr (32 psi).
