• Because of its high affinity for peptides with phosphate groups, phosphorylated peptides can be selectively purified and concentrated, enabling phosphoproteome analysis.
• Purification and concentration are possible in a short time with 5 steps of operation and operation time of about 40 minutes.
• Since each step is performed by centrifugal operation, there is little human error and anyone can easily operate it.
