• Lightweight (55% metal bond cup ratio), R shape of grinding surface allows excellent operability and light work.
• It is an environmentally friendly product with less dust, odor and sparks than a resinoid grindstone and a longer life, saving time and effort for replacement.
• For grinding cast iron, welding beads/metal black leather, FRP, GRP, ceramics, firebrick, etc.
• Be sure to properly install the safety cover (wheel guard) specified by the machine manufacturer.
• Never use the cutting wheel for zigzag cutting, curved cutting, diagonal cutting (without guide), grinding, or side use.
• Never touch the rotating wheel with your hand or body.
• Workers must wear protective equipment such as dust-proof glasses, safety shoes, safety hat, dust-proof mask and earplugs.
