คุณลักษณะ

• Taper screw gauge used for R(Rc, Rp) inspection specified in JIS B0203. Taper pipe screws are also available in PT, but the gauge is different between R and PT.
• For the purpose of connecting pipes, pipe parts, etc., the fitting of the tapered external thread (pipe) and the tapered internal thread (pipe joint) is inspected.
• The differences between R and PT are as follows.
• 1.In the R thread gauge, unlike the PT thread gauge, the thread ring gauge cannot be managed in the screw plug gauge. A check plug (CP) is used to manage the screw ring gauge.
• 2.Wear limits are specified for the R screw gauge.
