DRV5053VAQDBZR
High voltage (up to 38 V), linear hole effect sensor
The DRV5053 device is a chopper-stabilized Hall IC, a magnetic sensing solution with excellent sensitivity stability over the entire temperature range and built-in protection.
The 0~2 V analog output responds linearly to the applied magnetic flux density and distinguishes polarity in the direction of the magnetic field. This device has a wide operating voltage range of 2.5~38 V and reverse polarity protection up to -22 V, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications.
Internal protection against reverse voltage conditions, load dumps, and output short-circuits and overcurrents is provided.
