- Complies with JIS T8150:2021 "Standard" and "Shortened" quantitative fit test.
- Condensation nucleus counter (CNC) type mask fitting tester.
- The case is made of aluminum, so it is durable.
- The number of dust particles inside and outside the mask is counted, and the penetration rate of dust into the mask (leakage rate (%)) or the fit factor can be obtained from the result.
- Measurement using the test guide (mask non-destructive) and measurement using the tube joint set (mask drilling) can be performed.
- You can communicate with a PC using a USB cable.
- With the attached mirror, you can always check the wearing condition of the mask.
- It can be used by all customers who use dust masks (DS2, N95) such as medical and industrial sites.
- Communication software allows registration and viewing of subject and mask information (Model MT-11D can be used alone), recording, viewing and printing of measurement results in each measurement mode, and processing of measurement results with commercially available spreadsheet software.
