• Amphenol Armor IPX The Clear Shield enclosure provides excellent protection for printed circuit boards and electronic control modules in harsh environments and off-road applications, all housed in a clear, transparent see-through housing. The enclosure is available in two additional materials: black thermoplastic or UltemR (transparent amber). The robust tandem through-hole design simplifies installation for easy installation. It can also optionally be exhausted to the environment. Armor IPX electrical interfaces are established with compact ATM header systems with optional keying and 90 ° shielded pins. Snap-in headers connect quickly and securely to Armor IPX enclosures and can be connected to standard ATM series plugs. The armor IPX sealed enclosure and ATM header system are compatible with industry-standard EEC enclosures.
