- This unidirectional communication unit receives the output data (optical signal) from the scale and transmits it (electrical signal) to a PC or external connection device using USB or RS-232C.
- You cannot send commands to the scale from a PC or an external connection device.
- Optical cable and RS-232C cable are sold separately.
- USB and RS-232C can be connected simultaneously.

- Receive connector: F05 (JIS C5974 F05 type)
- Send connector: RS-232C (D-Sub9P)/USB TypeB
- Optical transmission distance: up to 60 m (not extendable)
