- This column type flow reactor is ideal for the development and examination of reaction processes for continuous production. Since the thermostatic bath is compatible with a 300 mm column, basic considerations for practical application can be made, such as optimization of reaction conditions, verification of continuous processing capability, and confirmation of catalyst durability. In addition, several thermostatic tanks can be connected for continuous reaction studies of multiple synthesis processes.
- The length of the thermostatic bath has been extended to 300 mm, and a column with an internal diameter of 10×300 mm can also be used. Ideal for research for practical application such as optimization tests and continuous processing capability verification.
- The column can be hand-packed with any immobilized catalyst. The inner diameter of the column is 10 x 300 mm, and also 5, 10 x 50, 100 mm. It also supports initial flow studies such as catalyst and reaction conditions search.
- The aluminum block is equipped with a sample solution preheating function.
- The thermostatic bath can be attached to the angle of the laboratory table.
- A recorder output terminal is provided as standard for managing and recording experimental data, and an alarm input/output terminal is provided for monitoring in the event of an error.
