• Using your own centrifuge, you can easily perform ultrafiltration of a small sample (about 0.2 mL to 1.5 mL).
• An ultrafilter of the desired molecular weight fraction is placed in the holder and centrifuged at 9.8×103 m/s2 to 19.6×103 m/s2 (1,000×g to 2,000×g) for 5 to 10 minutes. After centrifugation, low-molecular-weight substances can be separated into a filtration cup and high-molecular-weight substances can be separated into a cell.
• The filtrate can be removed by removing the filtrate cup from the body, and the concentrate can be collected in the cell cap by turning it upside down. *Autoclave sterilization is not possible.
