With a 0.5 mm pitch, the FX11 connector is ideal for high-density applications. The metal fittings at both ends of the connector firmly hold the boards together and protect them from solder peeling and mechanical stress. This FX11 Series 0.5 mm high speed board to board connector contact provides a long wiping distance and reliable electrical continuity. The solder gap in the substrate mounting part of the contact prevents soldering. The FX11 Board-to-Board connector also features a board guide post to secure it to the board.
