• MSD Plug (With HVIL, no fuse) This Manual Service Disconnect (MSD) from Amphenol is used for charging plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEV) and is equipped with a High Pressure Interlock Loop (HVIL).　This plug has a two-step lever to open the HVIL circuit before separating the high-voltage contacts.　The MSD allows the internal high-voltage battery pack to be shut off without the need for special tools, while also protecting the battery from short circuits.　This MSD provides advanced intrusion protection and provides a safe and secure solution for PHEV services.　This MSD does not come with a fuse.
