The base has an M4 threaded insert (Dodge) to secure the mounting plate or frame. The cover is made of opaque glass fiber reinforced polyester. Enclosures/boxes protect operators and equipment with IP67 (IED60529 and EN60529) compliant insulation and protection. Complies with IK10 protection rating (EN62262 and IEC62262) against external mechanical impact. Designed for harsh environments, this enclosure is corrosion resistant, maintenance free, and RoHS compliant.
