- A temperature sensor in which a powdered inorganic insulator is filled and sealed between a metal sheath and a thermocouple wire.
- Has high mechanical strength and can be used in a wide range of temperatures.
- Response is fast for small diameter up to φ1.6.
- It is less expensive than the temperature measuring resistor.
- Simply specify the size of the sheath, the thermocouple type, and the compensation conductor specifications.

- *K thermocouple: Characterized by its strong oxidation resistance and wide operating temperature range.
- *T thermocouple: Weak in oxidation but strong in reduction. In addition, high-precision measurement is possible in the low temperature range below 350°C.
- ④ Compensation Wire: VL Vinyl or GL Glass
