• Stone tools are made of special stones that are resistant to heat and do not break easily. When stoneware is heated, far-infrared rays are emitted from the surface, which penetrate into the inside of the food to create an internal effect of taste, and the food is baked uniformly without water separation or tissue decomposition.
• Yakiniku, in particular, has features such as no burning, no smoke, no oil splashing, and no smell.
• There is little oil smoke or smell, so you don't have to worry about getting your room dirty at high-end restaurants, hotels, restaurants, dining halls, and households. Please use without worry.
• Since it is a stone tool, the cooking utensil does not smell and the care is easy. Drain water on the stoneware even during use, and wipe it off with a fukin, etc., to remove dirt. After use, it will fall easily with a sponge.
• Since it is a natural material called stone, it takes a little longer to get hot compared to metal tableware, but once it gets warm, it is hard to cool down and has heat retaining power.
• After setting the solid fuel on fire, the stoneware is ready to be baked when it starts to pop with water drops, 150~180 so put food on it.
• Never use other fuels such as gas except for the exclusive use of gas stoves. If used, stone tools may become hot and break. Also, please note that the far-infrared effect is reduced by half.
