• It is a roll tap for through-hole machining that enables tapping without oiling on thin steel plates of M6 size or less that have undergone burring processing and steel materials with relatively short processing lengths.
• Improves run-out accuracy and stabilizes the accuracy of the female screw even under harsh conditions with smooth ridging by the optimum design of the chamfered part.
• For blind hole machining, select the sister product HP+RZ/HP-RZ.
• For through-hole machining.
• Work material: low carbon steel, medium carbon steel, high carbon steel, alloy steel, tempered steel (25~35HRC), stainless steel, aluminum alloy casting.
