• Adhesive-less integrated molding successfully reduces toxicity
• Conventional thin-bottom dishes for microscopic observation were manufactured by gluing glass or film. Therefore, depending on the cell type, the components of the adhesive may affect the growth and adhesion. Since the newly developed dish is manufactured by integral molding, the effect of adhesives is eliminated.
• Adoption of high light transparency and low autofluorescence material
• By using resin with the same light transmittance and low autofluorescence as glass, it is possible to obtain high-definition microscopic images in spite of being a resin dish.
• The olefin type has achieved excellent cell adhesion by applying a unique surface treatment to the dish surface. Ideal for cell culture where adhesion is difficult with glass bottom dishes. The material's polarization is reduced, enabling observation with a differential interference microscope.
