• XPSTSW safety modules from Schneider Electrics are suitable for applications with safety switchover contacts. It complies with PL c/Category 2 requirements according to EN/ISO13849-1 and SILCL1 requirements according to EN/IEC61508 and EN/IEC62061. Used in conjunction with the XU2S single-beam photoelectric sensor (periodically tested) to establish a Category 2 light curtain according to IEC/EN61496 Part 1/2. Removable terminals provide easy and precise control of wire tightening for increased installation reliability. It has an additional solid state output to communicate with the PLC about the safety status of the process. RoHS Compliance (as of October 2022)
