• BSN Series ball screw support bearings are double row thrust angular ball bearings with 60 ° contact angle. These are single-row bearings combined on the back with an integrated outer ring. The bearings are supplied ready to be assembled. The base oil is supplied with a long life lithium soap grease that uses synthetic hydrocarbon oil. Under normal operating conditions, bearings are lubricated for their useful life. Regreasing grooves on the outer diameter surface of the outer ring allow for re-greasing during operation if necessary. Double-sided seal type bearing. The low-friction contact lip seal that contacts the inner ring grooves provides excellent sealing performance with minimal friction torque and heat generation. Since the preload is set at the time of manufacture, the appropriate load can be obtained by tightening the lock nut to the recommended torque.

• Combination DT pairs are essentially the same as individual bearings. In the pair type, two individual bearings are combined. A through V mark is displayed on both bearing outer diameters to ensure correct assembly.
