• Why HellerMann Tyton Heat Shrinkable Tubing TA Series The TA adhesive lining series is an easy-to-use solution for wiring and cabling and can be used in a variety of applications where protection against water, chemicals and heat is required. A heat shrinkage ratio of 4:1 means that when the tube is heated, it shrinks to 1/4 of its original diameter. A heat gun or heat shrink oven is the best way to shrink tubes. Be sure to check the tube heating temperature before heating. Always review all health and safety precautions before using the heating device.
