These LLL series monolithic ceramic capacitors have a low ESL of 150 → 250 pH and are suitable for noise reduction at high frequencies (200 MHz). These LLL Series monolithic ceramic capacitors are designed for use in power supply decoupling circuits for ultrafast (1 GHz) CPU applications to reduce "ground bounce," reduce noise and improve power supply response time.
