- Murata's GCM series ceramic capacitors are compact, high-capacitance, high-permittivity capacitors. These monolithic chip capacitors have COG temperature characteristics, no polarity, and have Ni-protected terminals for improved resistance to solder erosion. GRM monolithic chip capacitors are ideal for diode snubber circuits and switching power supplies for primary or secondary coupling of DC-DC converters. These GRM series capacitors can be used in on-line filters and ringer detectors for telephones, modems and faxes.
