- The KEMET R41T series is a self-destructing, metallized polypropylene film capacitor packaged in a UL94 V-0 rated box. These polypropylene capacitors are used as EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) suppression filters in "line-ground" and "line-line" applications that require a Y2/X1 safety classification. The operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to +125 °C and meets the strict on-board certification AEC-Q200. Suitable for use in situations where there is a risk of electric shock due to capacitor failure. Do not use for "series with main power" type applications.
